Welcome to CPHNPrep. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CPHNPrep website and study platform (the "Service"), operated by Daeyla LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CPHNPrep is an independent, third-party exam preparation resource for the Certified in Public Health Nursing (CPHN) examination. CPHNPrep is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Board of Public Health Examiners (NBPHE) or any certifying body. "CPHN" and any related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the exam our materials help you study for.
You must provide accurate information when you create an account, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
The Service is offered through one-time access passes that grant full access for a fixed period (for example, one, three, or six months). Passes are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. When a pass expires, full access ends until you purchase a new pass. Pricing and pass options may change at any time, but changes do not affect a pass you have already purchased.
CPHNPrep is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing the CPHN exam or any other outcome. Practice questions and rationales are our own educational interpretations of publicly available competency frameworks and content outlines, and are not actual exam items.

All content on the Service, including questions, rationales, text, and design, is owned by Daeyla LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own exam preparation only.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you also agree to our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daeyla LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for your current access pass.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Daeyla LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
