This Privacy Policy explains how Daeyla LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use CPHNPrep (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

• Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
• Practice data: your quiz sessions, answers, scores, and progress, so you can track your performance.
• Payment information: when you buy an access pass, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and which pass you bought. We do not collect or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends, used to keep the Service secure and working.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To deliver practice content and save your progress and history.
• To grant and manage your access after a purchase.
• To respond to support requests.
• To protect the Service from abuse and to comply with the law.

3. Service Providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service:

• Google Firebase for sign-in, database, and hosting of your account and practice data.
• Stripe for secure payment processing.

These providers process your data only to provide their services to us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not show third-party advertising in the Service.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and practice data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we must keep certain records (for example, payment records) to meet legal obligations.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults preparing for a professional credential and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reputable infrastructure and reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
