This Refund Policy applies to all access passes purchased on CPHNPrep, operated by Daeyla LLC.
CPHNPrep sells digital access passes that unlock full content immediately upon purchase. Because access is granted right away, all sales are final and access passes are non-refundable.
We offer a free sample so you can experience the platform before paying. We encourage you to use the free sample and review our pass options carefully before purchasing.
If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same pass, or paid but cannot access the Service and we are unable to resolve it, contact us and we will review the issue and make it right where appropriate. Reach us at support@cphnprep.com within 14 days of the charge, and include the email on your account and the date of purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the laws of your country or region. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
